This past weekend we went to 2 holiday parties. I always enjoy baking this time of year - well that's wrong. I enjoy baking EVERY DAY of the year! And of course you know what I'm going to say next don't you? I also enjoy EATING all the baked goods I make throughout the year!
I've been eyeing these cookies called Chocolate Crinkles for a while. I've baked these cookies in the past. These cookies are a cross between a brownie and a cookie.
I made that green wreath and I bought that pretty glittered bow.
Big few weeks coming up. Time to photograph the new line as well!
Happy End of the year 2011 to all!
Best,
Jane M

Hi Jane!
saw your post about the Meyer lemons your mother sent from Palm Beach. I have been looking for weeks but can't find them..( i am in your moms area!).. whole foods used to carry them, but either they are out by the time i get there... or maybe your mom has her own tree?! if she has another store or green market source in this area, could you let me know? I have been craving to make a couple jars of preserved Meyer Lemons! Also, would you mind sharing where you found the Chocolate Crinkle cookie recipe? it looks like a great recipe for shipping as a gift to friends, family, or soldiers. thanks so much. Blessed Christmas

Hello Cathy,
My parents have their own lemon tree and I'm thinking Meyer Lemons are now out of season. I baked the chocolate crinkles from the Williams Sonoma site: http://www.williams-sonoma.com/recipe/chocolate-crinkle-cookies.html?cm_src=SEARCH_FEATURELIST||NoFacet-_-NoFacet-_-Feature_Recipe_Rule-_-&cm_re=OnsiteSearch-_-SCHBillboard-_-SEARCH_FEATURELIST
