Super Bowl THING

Well it was down to only me and Russell this weekend as Gary is off in Chicago. Russ invited his friends over to watch the game. And what a game it was! I'm sorry to say I fell asleep before seeing the last Giant touchdown, but luckily Gary called with 20 seconds left to wake me! Gary was talking on Skype to our Emily, so we all watched the end of the game together -- well sort of! Pictured above are some food pictures and Russ and his friends. It was LOUD down there for only 4 teenagers - but a good time was had by all. And for me, well 1 of the boys brought me 4 Trashy magazines from his Mom and my friend. Boy did that make the time FLY by! I never get to read those magazines in the supermarket check out line because I'm the 1 putting the food on the conveyor belt and schlepping and etc! Well regardless it was a treat for me. When Gary called, he said that in the hotel the satellite went out for 20 minutes and they all missed the last Giant touchdown and he called saying he was in disbelief! His TV reception came back for the last 20 seconds too! No worries, ESPN, FOX...they all play the endings OVER AND OVER AND OVER FOR DAYS!

OK then, it's back to picking and packing for me!
