GNUDI

Boy that's such a weird word. I've never heard it before. Actually it's pronounced NUDIE. Watched my MENTOR Martha make these the other day and I had all the ingredients on hand. After being a real schlepper today picking and packing, I actually had the strenghth to make a meal from scratch for me and my son (Gary is still in Chicago). So anyway, these gnudis are soft pillows of spinach cheese,egg, and flour. YUM!

OK now it's time to go to the JCC. DO I REALLY FEEL LIKE WORKING OUT? NO BUT I HAVE TO AFTER EATING SO MANY GNUDI!
