I WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While surfing New Year's Eve (exciting life I lead)I landed on a new food blog called www.seriouseats.com. I entered this contest which all I had to do was write something about a healthy food that I like to eat in the coming year. So all I wrote was, "Pink Grapefruit. Oh so juicy." Yesterday after coming back from dropping off fabric at the swatch maker, I got an email saying I won the contest and that they needed my address to send me a copy of Ellie Krieger's new book on healthy eating! I hope the book is good! I personally HATE any magazine or book that has "healthy" in the title. Don't get me wrong, I don't eat fast food or junk food - and I think I do cook healthy. I just don't want to be preached to in a book! So after I get my copy I'll let you know how I like it.

On the swatch card front -- WOWZERS do I have a ton of work to get done within a week! Always pressed to the wall to get things done! I think all of us garmentos are in the same boat when it comes to getting the lines ready in January.

I can't wait to see you all next week at the Warwick. I also have to fit in baking too! OH YUM! I can always find time to bake! Is your mouth watering yet?
