AAAH Italia!

I'm watching Giada DeLaurentis on the Food Network right now in Capri, Italy. Oh how I wish I was there right NOW!

But coming to see our new line of ties and my baked goodies at the NY Haberdashery Show in July -- well it will make us all feel like we're in Italy! All our ties are designed with that truly Italian style - which cannot be duplicated anywhere else in the world!

OK back to the show and my lazy Saturday afternoon.

Another week finished and I'm finally sitting down. Well not for long as I've a peach and blueberry pie in the oven coming out in 15 minutes!

After the college thing in the beginning of the week, then back to work, well it's been quite the week. I was busy today assigning Usernames and Passwords for our great website! Please check in on the site as we're always making updates.

Next week looks to be very busy with the new line coming in and having to swatch it A.S.A.P. to get it out to all our salesmen! Did you hear, we've hired 2 new salesmen, Arnie and Bob. We're working on hiring some more salesmen as well.

Our latest postcard seems to be getting to all our customers this week too! If you haven't received your card, please look for it in your mail. NINE FOLD, NINE FOLD! Remember that and come by and see us at the NY Haberdashery Show to buy some ties for your stores!

Back to Work

My daughter and I had a long drive back from her college orientation today. I had some good uninterrupted talk, accept for when she fell asleep for the last 2 hours of the trip. All went well with her and the scoop is -- she can't wait for college to begin this fall! She has made some new friends too!

So we returned home to our boys -- who were so happy to see us! We're (I'm) back to do the chores!!!!!!! My 16 year old son is totally into baseball. My husband got our son onto a very talented travel team. This summer Russ is playing with 18 year olds, and come fall, the traveling and the playing really begins.

I returned to a pile of orders on my desk to attend to as well as getting the new line organized and swatched! WHAT TO DO FIRST??!!!

My First Blog

Good morning and hello to everyone!

This is my first post for Private Stock Menswear. Visit us often to read what I have to say and see our new line of neckwear and accessories.

As you know, Gary and I are married with 2 teenage children. Our oldest, Emily, will be attending college in the Fall. We are very proud and excited for her. Right now, Emily is at her college orientation getting the lowdown on school and all that she needs to prepare for her first Fall Semester away at school. Me, I'm just waiting around busting to hear how it's all going! I want to know each and every detail.

So I guess for now, I will get back to work, swatching the new Fall 2007 collection of ties. We are getting ready to launch the newest line called THE NINE FOLD. It's quite exciting and really a wonderful new line of ties to add to the collection of Private Stock.
